Corporate Accounting Manager - Teteboro, NJ

A fast growing organization is relocating corporate offices to Teterboro, NJ, and they are looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager.
The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for financial analysis and reporting for the company ans will report to the Corporate Controller. This person will coordinate reporting activities with the parent office, lead the external audit and head up divisiion wide financial operations improvement initiatives.

Key elements include:

* Responsible for global monthly consolidations in
Hyperion, including parent reporting package, intercompany and fixed assets.
* Ensure that all entities are in compliance with financial policies and GAAP through policy creation and training.
* Manage both internal and external audit activities including scheduling for all interim and year-end audit activities.
* Prepare monthly narratives summarizing monthly results and mangement reports.
* Indentify and implement process improvements in financial operations.
* Supervise a small team of people and handle operational accounting for the corporate office.
*Assist in post acquisition integration, including training on systems and procedures
*Special projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience and at least 2 years at a corporate office. A BS in Accounting is required. CPA and/or Masters degree is preferred.
