A privately owned company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to be fully responsible for supervision of the local managers of several facilities. The RPM will be responsible for continuous improvement is all areas including: analysis of market dynamics, record keeping, adjustment of rental rates, marketing and relationship building with local community officieals.
