Quality Assurance Director

A Quality Assurance Director is needed to actively implement and oversee an appropriate standard of Quality assurance and Safety for a New Jersey based company that consistes of a number of Business Units: (Flavors, Fragrance and Natural Products) across a number of geographic locations: (Canada, USA, Mexico)

Most sites develop and manufacture flavors and flavor ingredients for the food and beverage industry. Each manufacturing location has its local QC and its own issures. This role requires the individual to work with the local operations managers and QC to establish GMP and quality systems. Assisting them in the implementation of systems and improvements, not dictating from afar.

The role of this position is to bring consistency to our standards and and safeguard the image created by the quality of the company's procucts without introducing excessive levels of systemization and complication.
