One of the nation's leading off price retailers located in Fairfield, CT is searching for an individual who is looking to find professional growth, individual recognition and even time for life outside of work! Responsibilities will include partnering in the field and interacting on a daily basis with the District and Store Management on a variety of issues. The region has approx. 116 stores covering 10 districts in the states of CA, WA, OR and NV. Coach field management on interpreting policy issues and interacting with associates. Support the company's views on Open Door and Legal/Community relations. Lend support to crisis situations affecting management and associate's well being. Candidate should have 3 to 5 years HR experience in a multi-unit retail environment, strong knowledge of proactive HR strategies and ability to travel extensively. A degree in related discipline is a plus.
