Doris Banach-Osenni is the President of The Brentwood Group, Inc. which provides research and recruiting services. Prior to forming her own firm, Ms. Osenni was a Manager within the Executive Search Practice of Peat, Marwick & Main and had worked in the area of executive search consulting for a variety of clients. She was involved in managing all aspects of the executive search process, including: client meetings, research strategy, candidate interviewing and referencing. In addition, she coordinated and managed internal staffing for various consulting practices in the Short Hills office.

Prior to joining Peat, Marwick & Main, Ms. Osenni was a member of Booz Allen & Hamilton's internal executive selection group.

She was responsible for staff selection for all practice areas, which included technology, manufacturing, systems, banking and strategic planning for the levels of Associate through and including Partner. Prior to this, she was a member of Korn Ferry International's High Technology practice group.
