Summary:Our client is looking for a dynamic business leader to serve as the organization’s first Strategic Partnerships Executive, responsible for identifying, securing and managing national and global strategic partnerships that support their strategic plan and revenue goals. Under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer, the Partnership Executive will work in collaboration and coordination with executive leadership to evaluate and cultivate partnerships that support Girl Scouts brand and strategic initiatives across multiple sectors including corporations, public foundations, NGOs, governments, academic institutions, faith based organizations, and media entities , etc.

Responsibilities:Primary areas of responsibility include the following: • In coordination with the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Development Officer, define the Girl Scouts overall partnership strategy and program, which will maximize revenue, drive membership growth and/or retention and support brand goals across the Girl Scouts movement. • Build and lead a team that will develop and implement the strategic partnership plan through impactful contractual agreements, due diligence and evaluation and on-going relationship management. • Develop the office’s business plan and metrics goals, create and maintain strategic partnership policies and implementation guidelines and communicate progress against plan. • Assist the CEO with cultivation and management of the CEO Office partnership portfolio. • Work with the senior leadership, cross functional communities and the council leadership to ensure that partnership programs are successfully operationalized to produce maximum results • Oversee the Global team in the development and management of partnership strategies and programs that maximize Girl Scouts presence and impact around the world. Maintain & grow existing strategic relationships including the development of new programs that create mutual value, deepening and broadening relationships, and managing of contract & renewal efforts • Lead on-going monitoring of industry trends and competition to inform strategy development

Requirements:Requirements/Qualifications: • +10 years of successful progressive experience in cultivating and managing national and global strategic partnerships across corporate, public and/or non-profit sectors. Experience in the youth serving, and/or girl-woman advocacy arenas on both the national and global stage preferred • Deep experience in brand partnership marketing and/or business development of new strategic relationships including concept generation, proposal development, and negotiation/contracting • Proven track record in managing large scale strategic partnerships and previous accountability for the contract performance of large, partnership based relationships • Excellent writing, analytical and presentational skills; strategic gravitas, ability to effectively engage senior stakeholder targets and groups • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and teams • Strategic , creative thinker but detail-oriented implementer with a passion for success • "Can do" attitude, minimalist/pragmatic solution seeker, highly organized and process-oriented, results driven
