Requirements:Who We Want We are looking for amazing people who have diverse backgrounds and experiences, are inspired by our mission and are highly motivated to change children’s lives through education. We expect our Partner to: • Partner with education leaders. You’ll be able to influence and invest internal staff and external school district, charter school management organization, and state education leaders. • Connect the dots. You’ll have strong communication, research and problem solving skills to know our landscape and generate or support proposals. Your creative instincts will help you deal with vague situations and develop effective approaches with limited guidance. • Write tightly to tell our story. You’re a sharp writer who knows how to convey the story and encourage to action. • Love Data. You are an analytical thinker, and your experience analyzing data and making it come alive to inform business development will be crucial. You can oversee and track information effectively. • Come with business development experience. Your 2+ years of business development or consultative sales experience will help you identify client needs quickly, chart the path forward and make strong decisions in the face of tough challenges and bright opportunities (often the same). • Have vision and tenacity. You can consider where we should go through diagnosis and strategic planning. You’re committed and hungry to develop business and have an impact on ending educational inequality.
