IT'S OUR ANNIVERSARY
Fifteen years is a long time, but it seems so short because we have had great experience and enjoyment serving our special clients like you. In our industry, experience counts - the more assignments we work on, the more we learn about our client's needs and how to best serve them.
We have an excellent group of professionals with vast industry-specific knowledge. Our President, Doris Banach Osenni has significant experience in all industries and functions, having early training at Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, Booz Allen and KPMG Peat Marwick. If your needs are in the pharmaceutical / biotech or chemicals area, speak with our Vice President, Barb who has extensive industry experience. Our project managers work with various industries. Pat handles finance, banking and the pulp and paper industries. Florene handles information technology / e-commerce, management & technology consulting as well as engineering. Heidi works with pharmaceutical / biotech, manufacturing and operations and is also fluent in Spanish. Kathy works on direct marketing, consulting and business development efforts.
The project managers are ably supported by our researchers: Michelle, Patti, Maribeth and Lori.
The administrative duties are handled by Glenda, Sue, Cathy and Larissa and IT by John, Jesse and Russell.
Whenever a project is presented to us in any industry,
we draw on the
strengths, resources and availability of our project managers.
Our fifteen years of business proves it. We are
reliable and you can count on us for the highest quality of personal,
attentive service. So we are eagerly looking forward to the next fifteen
years and beyond.
HOME SWEET HOME
As most of you are aware, we MOVED into our new office in March of last year. We didn't go far though, just across the building to a more spacious abode.
After much "sourcing and research" on different colors, designs and layouts of our new cubicles, we finally decided on a beautiful combination of blue, mauve and gray with a black spiral staircase to our archive files on the second floor.
Some family and friends helped with unpacking and Glenda's husband did the painting. Joe, a colleague, handled the wiring for the computers and phone system. Our on-staff interior designer, "Pink Patti", helped decide on the appropriate pictures to hang and the bathroom decor.
We have been at our new address for
a year now and are finally settled in. Feel free to stop in and visit

BRENTWOOD'S NEW DATABASE
We have new recruitment software! As of November 2000, we officially implemented Sand-Ho (SHS) Recruitment Software. We have been working closely with SHS's programmers to develop a database to meet our specific needs.
The system consists of several databases
that are interconnected and it
encompasses databases for people, companies, assignments, events and
ad hoc reporting. We already have approximately 15,000 people and 3,000
companies in our database. The information stored in one database can
be linked to information in another database.
The system allows us to track candidates per job, activities per candidate and jobs per client. We are also able to review candidates linked to a job by status and activity, as well as client reporting and client billing. We can even e-mail job descriptions to candidates and e-mail client reports and billing.
We are refining our system as we go along. The system is powerful and we are expecting even greater uses in the future. Thanks for your patience during this time of conversion and additional development.
